Match a photo collection with the product reference and option it describes. Similar images can belong to another size or bundle.
Use outside photos to identify a question for your own item, then inspect photos connected to your order. Keep its option beside the request. Avoid changing a purchase solely because an unrelated photo looks better.
Start with the selected item, not the closest photograph
Find the product reference and restore the size, colour and included pieces you intend to buy. A photograph for a different option may help you formulate a question, but it does not show the option in your own order. Keep that distinction visible when saving a QC reference to a spreadsheet row.
Look for the view that can resolve your concern. A front image cannot settle a question about the rear fastening. A size label identifies a label; it does not provide every garment measurement. If the missing detail changes whether you would keep the item, describe the view or measurement needed instead of asking for an unspecified better photo.
Use photos within their limits
An image can help with visible construction and supplied details. It does not establish authenticity, internal electronics, personal comfort or durability. Keep the item undecided where those requirements are still unresolved. Follow the QC photos guide before requesting work, including any applicable scope, charge and timing.
