Start with ordered colour, size and pieces, then add visible details that could change the choice. Review photos against those points.
Ask for a named dimension and measurement method where needed. Keep the answer with the item reference. Close the check when resolved, or choose the next item action if the answer changes your decision.
Write a short inspection list before opening the photos
Begin with the selected option and the problem that would change your decision: wrong size label, missing component, visible damage or a construction detail. Check one concern against the corresponding view. This prevents an attractive overview from distracting you from the exact part you needed to inspect.
For a measurement, specify its endpoints and method. A width across a flat garment and a body circumference are not interchangeable numbers. Keep the unit and the measurement image together so you can compare them with your own requirement. If the endpoints are not visible, do not fill the gap by guessing.
Turn the inspection into a recorded action
Note what was visible, what remains unknown and whether you need a clarification before proceeding. Do not record an unanswered request as a passed check. Check any relevant return or storage timing separately; asking for a photo does not itself settle those conditions.
