An item being purchased in China and a parcel leaving China describe different stages. Follow the item order reference, then the parcel reference once the shipment exists.

Ask which stage is holding the next action instead of treating every delay as international transport. Keep domestic charges separate from later freight. If an address is requested, use details for that action rather than an old discussion.

Start with the reference behind the status

Before asking where a Kakobuy order is, identify what the record refers to. Is it a product you are considering, an individual item already ordered, a received item awaiting a decision, or a parcel prepared for a destination? Keep the displayed status and the relevant reference together. A location without that context is not enough to explain the next action. Use the ordering guide to separate the decisions that belong to each stage.

The spreadsheet links guide helps keep the original item and selected option identifiable. Once items are assigned to a parcel, keep that parcel reference alongside the item references; do not overwrite them all with one number. You may still need to ask about one item while following the larger shipment.

Separate a cost from a movement of money

A charge associated with receiving an item in China does not, by itself, describe the later international shipment. When a new amount appears, ask what it covers and which items or parcel it belongs to. Mark an unknown future cost as unresolved, not as zero.

What you seeWhat to establish before adding it to your plan
An item price or revised optionWhether it is the option and quantity you actually selected
A domestic delivery amountWhich item movement it covers and whether it has already been included elsewhere
A parcel shipping amountThe destination, contents and service to which the amount applies
A pending payment or adjustmentWhether it is a completed transaction, a request or an estimate

This is a personal comparison method, not a quotation or a description of every platform charge. The payments guide covers keeping a payment question separate from an item's progress. Do not repeat a payment simply because a different screen has not updated; clarify the existing operation first.

A split-order example

Imagine two clothing items bought for one planned parcel. One has reached the warehouse; the other still has an unresolved item-stage question. This is an illustrative example, not an order report.

You now have two separate decisions: what needs resolving for the second item, and whether the first should remain in the same parcel plan. A proposal to send the first item separately changes the contents being considered for shipping. The earlier plan for both items is not automatically a quote for either smaller parcel.

Keep the original item payments as they happened. Alongside them, record the proposed parcel contents and any new amount shown for that proposal. Do not count the same purchase payment once for each possible parcel, and do not treat an expected adjustment as money already returned. Review the shipping guide when the contents are clear.

Resolve the item question before the packing question

If the uncertainty concerns the selected size or an apparent difference in a received item, formulate that question directly. The QC photos guide explains how to use visible details without treating photographs as proof of hidden qualities. Advancing the packing stage does not answer an unresolved question about the item itself.

For a dispatched parcel, Kakobuy's tracking help describes My Parcel / Logistics Details and notes that updates can lag between parties. This help information, dated 7 September 2026, is not a delivery-time guarantee. Check the current help page and your parcel record for the action relevant to you.

Common questions

Is seller dispatch the same as international dispatch?

Do not assume so. Read which item or parcel reference the event belongs to and which destination that movement serves.

Does the product's location establish the remaining shipping cost?

No. You still need the contents, destination and terms of the specific parcel proposal. A location is not a complete quote.

Should I replace an older transaction amount when the plan changes?

Keep the completed transaction and record the new proposal separately. Otherwise you lose the context needed to explain a later adjustment.

What should I include when asking for help?

Give the relevant item or parcel reference, the status shown, the unresolved question and the decision waiting on that answer. Keep private account and recipient information out of public posts.
