A saved link only helps if you can reconnect it to the exact option and amount you had in mind. When you return, re-read the current option, the date of your note and the question you were trying to settle before you trust the old figure. Validating the item identity and its exact option is what separates a working link from a stale one.

Kakobuy spreadsheet links are useful only if you can reconnect the page you reopen with the choice you previously considered. An old price beside a familiar image can be misleading when the selected option, included pieces or order state has changed. Preserve the decision behind the saved entry as well as the way back to it.

Start with an item link you have already saved. Keep one active record for the intended purchase and separate earlier choices from it. When you reopen the page, read the current option and amount before relying on your old notes.

First, save the link with the Item ID, selected option, quantity, date and the question that made you save it. Next, reopen that same link and compare the current option and amount with the dated record. If they match, use the record for the decision it was created for: keep the item in the active plan, ask the still-open question, or reject it. If they do not match or the page no longer works, preserve the old record as history and make any replacement a new candidate. Update the active row only after you have identified which of those outcomes occurred.

Attach an amount to one identified choice

Record the Item ID, selected option, quantity and currency together. Read what the displayed amount covers before treating it as a comparison price. A figure for one piece and a figure for a set do not describe equivalent purchases merely because the images look similar.

Keep any unanswered question next to that choice. If you do not know which components belong to the option, the amount is not ready for a like-for-like comparison. Writing the question explicitly prevents a later visit from treating your earlier uncertainty as an answer.

Do not combine a price from one version with measurements from another. The best spreadsheet criteria explain why a changed option should reopen the comparison rather than inherit its earlier conclusion.

Read a returning page as current information

When reopening a saved entry, compare its current identity and options with your notes. Do not assume that the same option remains selected or that a prior amount still applies. Repetition can make a page feel familiar without making its details unchanged.

If something differs, identify the difference before rewriting the record. Was another size selected? Has the quantity changed? Does the amount now concern a different combination? These questions are more useful than immediately calling the change a price increase.

Put the earlier reading in a dated note and identify the new active choice. Preserve enough history to understand your decision, but avoid two apparently current entries that could become duplicate purchases.

Keep alternatives outside the committed order

Two saved links can be alternatives for one intended purchase. That relationship belongs in your record. Otherwise, a later session may treat both as separate items that still need ordering.

Once you choose one, mark what happened to the other. If it has not been bought, it can remain a rejected or reserve candidate. If it was already ordered, its transaction must be addressed separately; changing your private label does not cancel it.

A replacement with a similar image is a new candidate, not a continuation of the old item's conclusions. Give it its own identity and option information. Do not carry over an old measurement or price just to avoid repeating the comparison.

Separate a page problem from an order problem

A saved page that does not open leaves you uncertain about that page. It does not, by itself, explain what happened to an order already associated with your account. Read the actual order record before assuming the purchase disappeared or needs to be placed again.

Keep the message shown and the stage you were trying to reach. A temporary loading problem and a notice that an item is unavailable are different situations. If you look for an alternative, do so as a new selection while keeping any existing transaction visible.

Do not create a second order merely to repair a broken browsing path. The safety guide explains why another payment should wait until the earlier operation is understood.

Connect later information to the original question

When warehouse information becomes available, attach it to the ordered Item ID and option, not to every candidate with a similar appearance. Compare what you asked before purchase with what the later information actually answers.

Kakobuy's English inspection rules describe appearance checks including model, style and size. A readable label can help identify the supplied option. It does not automatically settle a fit question or a property that cannot be seen in the image.

Keep an unanswered measurement question open even when other details match. The record should make the next action clear: ask a specific question, review a reply or read the conditions for a requested change. The ordering guide helps decide which action matters before moving on.

Keep parcel amounts out of unrelated item records

When a later charge concerns several items together, record which contents and services it covers. Do not copy the entire parcel amount beside each item and then add those rows as if they were separate charges.

If you choose to divide a shared cost for your own planning, label the division as your method. It is not an item-by-item transport invoice. Keep the original amount and currency available so the overall record still reconciles.

Return to the whole-budget approach when the order changes. A saved link should let you resume a specific decision, not carry an outdated budget into another round of buying.

An illustrative re-check

This is an illustrative example; it does not describe a real order. Suppose an earlier note reads pants, size M, seen while browsing, length unclear. On reopening the same link, the page now defaults to a different size and the amount beside it belongs to that other option. The useful response is not to update the note silently: keep the earlier reading as history, select the option you actually mean, and compare the current amount only against that option.

If the page will not open at all, record that the page failed without assuming the order behind it changed. A broken browsing page is a page problem, not evidence about an order already in progress. Category guides such as shoes and jackets help you name the option you are validating, and the ordering workflow keeps later warehouse information tied to the ordered option.

FAQ

Do not assume so. Read the current amount and the exact option it describes, then compare them with your dated note.

Should an alternative have a separate entry?

It can, provided its relationship to the intended purchase is clear. Do not include every alternative in the active spending plan unless you intend to buy each one.

If the product page fails, should I order another version?

First separate the page issue from any existing transaction. A failed page load does not establish that a previous order was cancelled or never placed.

Can I divide the parcel charge between my items?

For private planning, use a clearly labelled allocation and retain the actual parcel total. Do not describe the allocation as the transport charge specifically billed for each item.

Kakobuy help information (7 September 2026). Policies may change; check the linked help page for current terms.

  • A visible label can help identify the supplied option, but it does not settle fit or function. Kakobuy's inspection help covers visible appearance such as model, style and size - Inspection service.
  • An amount beside a link can still leave other categories unresolved. The services-and-fees help separates merchandise, domestic transport, international freight and other categories - Services and fees.
  • This page does not confirm stock, price or a fit; those depend on the current item and option you re-read.

Keep the option with the address

Copy the full product address and note the size, colour and quantity beside it. Open the saved address again: a page may reopen on its default option instead of your earlier choice.

Check the total for the restored selection before payment. If the page no longer opens after you have ordered, use your order reference to ask about the existing purchase instead of buying a replacement immediately.

Review saved links in small groups. Mark active candidates, alternatives and completed purchases separately.

Do not overwrite an old order link with a similar replacement; the earlier address helps explain what was bought. For an active candidate, keep its current option and quantity together. Remove duplicate candidates only after comparing their destination and selection, then recalculate the remaining budget.
