Start with the sign-in method used when the account was created. A different email or identity provider may lead to another account and an apparently empty order list.
Check the address bar before entering credentials and use the recovery option on the sign-in page. If access returns, locate earlier orders before placing anything again. Share an error message with support, but keep passwords and verification codes private.
Confirm the account before changing anything
Use the same sign-in method you used for the purchase. If you can enter an account but cannot find the order, check the account identity and purchase reference before registering again. A newly created account is not proof that the earlier purchase disappeared, and a second top-up will not reconcile the first one.
If a recovery flow is needed, start it from the platform address you entered yourself. Keep passwords and one-time codes private. Someone replying in a community conversation does not need those credentials to understand that sign-in failed. Avoid sending full payment or identity documents in a public post.
Preserve the unfinished obligation
Write down the last successful access, the error and any order or parcel deadline you already know. Once access returns, inspect the original record before repeating a payment or request. For a page that fails after successful sign-in, follow access troubleshooting. For an unexplained debit, keep the amount, currency and transaction reference with payment help.
