Read which condition reduced freight for your actual parcel. Keep other charges visible even when freight is zero.
If another route is required, compare its suitability before choosing the reduction. Review the amount again after packing or contents changes. Use the final transaction record to describe what you paid rather than assuming the offer covered the whole order.
Separate a waived freight line from a free order
List the charges that remain after the offer is applied. Goods, optional work and any other amount still shown should not disappear from your budget because a freight line reads zero. Confirm which shipment and service the offer concerns; the same words on a product advert may concern a different stage from delivery to your country.
Compare two plans only after their contents and destination match. If free shipping requires buying more, write down the total for the original plan and the total for the enlarged plan. The difference is the additional commitment you would actually make. Do not call the extra goods free unless their own cost has genuinely been removed.
What to do when the amount changes
Check whether the parcel, service, discount eligibility or selected extras changed. Preserve the earlier result with its conditions and ask about the specific difference. Do not infer a universal policy from one successful parcel or promise the same outcome for a future order. The shipping cost guide explains how to keep freight separate from the rest of the purchase.
