Open the download link from the service website and read its destination. Match the app identity with the page you came from, then check the requirements shown by the store or installer.

Choose the device before choosing the download
A mobile webpage, an app-store listing and a separately distributed installation package are different destinations. Identify which one you are using before entering account details. Check the listed publisher and the route by which you reached the listing; a search advert or shared image is not enough to identify the current distribution route.
If your purpose is to view an existing purchase, keep that purchase reference available before installing anything. Installation is not a new purchase stage and should not cause you to pay for the same order again. When a download is unavailable
An unavailable listing does not tell you why it is unavailable for that device or region. Avoid substituting a random mirror and calling it equivalent.
