Preserve the unfinished task while investigating the app. Change one setting or installation state at a time, then repeat the same navigation. Check the order record before retrying an action that may have reached the server even when the app did not display its result.
Identify what actually fails on Android
Distinguish installation, sign-in, page loading and payment confirmation. These failures need different next steps. For an installation error, keep the message and Android version. For a blank order screen, record which page opened successfully just before it. For a payment interruption, check the existing order and debit before attempting the action again.
Try the same ordinary page after changing one condition, such as the network connection. Do not change several permissions, reinstall and create a new account in one attempt: you would lose the comparison that tells you what helped. Before clearing application data, make sure you can recover access and have retained any local notes needed for the order.
Do not fix access by weakening account protection
An unknown APK sent in a private message is a different installation source, even if it uses a familiar icon. Do not hand over a verification code or approve a payment to obtain an update. If normal access is still unavailable, use the troubleshooting checklist to describe the exact screen and preserve any deadlines on goods already purchased.
